材料
活龟一只，大米200克，核桃仁50克。
调料
猪油50克，香油5克，葱白15克，花椒10粒，姜10克，精盐、味精各少许。
做法
①用斧头击打活龟两侧硬骨，揭开龟壳，取下底板，将龟肉、内脏理净（龟壳、底板不用）。葱切段，姜拍烂。
②容器中加入猪油、花椒、葱、姜，炸香，放入龟肉和内脏以及核桃仁，淋上香油，高火5分钟后加盐，加水1500克，水沸后加大米，低火30分钟至米烂粥浓即成。
③食用时，可加少许味精、葱花提味。
