性质：是紫外—可见分光光度法的一种定量方法，适用于多组分混合物的含量测定，属于双波长法。在系数倍率法中A1-KA2=kCxL，其中A1、A2为λ1、λ2处混合样品吸收度，Cx为待测物浓度，L为光程，K为干扰组分掩蔽系数，k为工作曲线斜率。等式两端除以A2，可得y=kx+K，其中Y=Al/A2，x=CxL/A2。将由实验获得的多组数据输入计算机进行一元线性回归处理，从而选择最佳波长对，确定k及K，并建立浓度计算模型，进而求得待测组分含量。本法保留了系数倍率法测定点少，计算量小的特点，且不需设置多种阈值，仅以r的大小判断线性关系优劣。
