试验波形与严酷等级国际电工委员会(IEC)有关标准中规定，静电放电电流波形如图1所示。试脸的严酷等级分为四级，更严酷的特殊情况可由有关方面另定，如表所示。表中，接触放电适用于试品表面为导电体的情况;空气中放电适用于试品表面有绝缘 漆膜的情况。严酷等级的选择须根据具体的 环境条件。例如:采用了抗静电材料、环境 相对湿度不小于35%.可选1级;若人着化 纤服装，未采取其他防静电措施，环境相对 湿度可能小于10%，则应选4级，甚至更高 的级别。 试验设备试验设备原理图如图2.图 中，储能电容器CS模拟人体的电容;放电电 阻Rd模拟人握有例如钥匙或工具等金属物 体时的电阻。试验时，端子A接规定形状的 尖端放电电极，端子B接规定特性的接地参 考平面。表中规定的试验电压是指未放电前 储能电容器CS的充电电压。标准中规定:当 放电时，装置必须能产生足够大的电流，例如 对1级严酷等级放电电流的尖峰值应为7.5 A.而对于4级，则应为30A。
