AIM:To compare the effect of ZZAP and CDP elution tests on DAT(+) red blood cells and the absorption effect of the eluted red blood cells.
方法:收集本站送检的DAT(+)交叉配血标本,选择抗-IgG型与抗-(IgG+C3d)复合型各20例作为研究对象,分别采用ZZAP和CDP两种放散方法进行抗体放散试验,对放散后红细胞分别进行DAT试验;用放散后的红细胞吸收患者血浆自身抗体后进行交叉配血试验,评价自身抗体的吸收效果。
