The tribocarbonization behavior of a fully formulated engine oil SJ/CF/5W 30 was investigated on an SRV tribotester with respect to the frictional pairs of Mo sprayed coating/cast iron, nitrided coating/cast iron, and Cr plated coating/cast iron, under stepwise heating condition.
结果表明 :在连续升温的摩擦磨损过程中 ,摩擦系数曲线出现明显波谷 ,且波谷现象随摩擦副材料类型的不同而不同 ,其中钼合金喷涂层 /铸铁摩擦副的波谷现象最为显著 。

Based on the technology of Co-B and Co-P alloys nanocrystalline coatings, the ternary Co-Ni-B and Co-Ni-P nanocrystalline alloy coatings were obtained, and the deposit rate and microstructure of ternary nanocrystalline alloys were investigated.

Results showed that satisfactory alloyed layer could be also formed on steel castings without adding fusing agent into alloy coating.
研究表明,合金涂层中不加熔剂也能形成质量较好的合金层;铸型中合金膏块相对厚度是决定铸件表面合金层厚度的主要因素;浇注温度提高,合金颗粒适当增大,有利于增加合金层厚度;铸钢合金层的耐激冷激热性能好。

The Ni-based alloy coating and Ni-clad WC ceramic coating were prepared and characterized by abrasive wear resistance test.
对镍基合金涂层和Ni/WC陶瓷涂层进行耐磨实验,结果表明:两种涂层存在不同的磨损特性,WC陶瓷颗粒在涂层及其表面的均匀分布可提高涂层的耐磨性,硬度和韧性的相互匹配是提高材料耐磨性的有效方法。
