In this method, the motion parts between two fields neighbored are estimated by a new three step search (NTSS) strategy, then through a kind of median filter,the quality of picture compensated (de interlacing part) is improved.

The algorithm uses in-advance termination strategy and achieves improvement on the new three-step search.

First this method matched background using TSS and MCD and then it takes frame difference and wide off the background noise using grayscale morphology method.
