水鼓 水鼓 病名。多因饮酒过量，损伤脾胃，水湿停聚所致。《景岳全书·杂证谟》：“少年嗜酒无节，多成水鼓。”主张治疗水鼓当以血气为主，兼以养阴利湿。《辨证录·臌胀门》：“人有水肿既久，遍身手足俱胀，面目亦浮，口不渴而皮毛出水，手按其肤如泥，此真水鼓也。”宜用决水汤或决流汤逐水，续用五苓散、六君子汤等方调理。忌食盐。本病可见于肝硬变腹水、肾性水肿、营养不良性水肿等出现腹水者。参见鼓胀条。
