采用X射线衍射技术(XRD)考察了金属氧化物V2O5在介孔二氧化硅分子筛上的分散,研究结果表明应用浸渍法将V2O5浸渍于介孔二氧化硅分子筛中,在低于V2O5熔点的适当温度下焙烧后,与未浸渍V2O5样品相比,晶胞参数a值明显增大,说明钒离子掺入了介孔二氧化硅分子筛的骨架中;在一定范围内随着V2O5加入量的增加其在介孔二氧化硅的表面的分散量也在增加,而V2O5残余晶相量远远低于加入的量,说明V2O5掺入介孔二氧化硅分子筛骨架的同时可在介孔二氧化硅的表面成单层分散。

性质:仅有一层沸腾床(层)设备。根据固体颗粒是否在系统中循环可分为非循环操作和循环操作两种。在非循环操作系统中,催化剂活性降低至一定程度时即送去进行再生活化。一般采用单室系统操作。固体颗粒可以是催化剂或操作物料,反应物和产品都是沸腾化用的流体。往往装有换热装置,以保持一定温度;顶部并有旋风分离器,以回收固体颗粒。例如沸腾层煤气发生炉和硫铁矿沸腾层焙烧炉等。在循环操作系统中,固体颗粒经常进行活化。例如石油裂化催化剂(如人造铝硅剂、天然活性土剂)的再生活化。须采用多室系统操作,有反应器和再生器。反应器中用过的催化剂经器底直立管,借空气吹送到再生器进行再生。再生的催化剂经器下部的直立管,而后与反应气体混合回到反应器。这样进行循环操作。单段式沸腾床(层)设备的缺点是不能进行逆流操作,接触时间短。
