    企业劳动用工过程普遍存在潜在的人身意外风险,一旦发生风险,企业将面临高额的经济补偿。为了帮助企业有效的规避因意外风险发生而带来的巨额经济风险,中人网在进行了大量企业调研的基础上,联合泰康人寿共同推出了“劳动用工险”。    根据《2007中国企业劳动用工风险调查报告》的结果,针对企业实际的风险情况,“劳动用工险”设计了三个保障计划,分别针对工伤意外、非工伤意外和交通意外。每个保障计划均为每人每年99元。企业可以根据自身的实际情况为不同类型的员工定制相应的保障权益。
