To resolve these problems this paper studied the work principle of helical agitator in silo,and designed an agitation drying text table to investigate the effects of constructive and kinematic parameters on the agitator performance.
针对低温筒仓干燥存在的问题,深入研究了仓内螺旋搅拌器的工作原理,设计了搅拌干燥试验台,研究了螺旋搅拌器结构参数和运动参数对搅拌器性能的影响,对七种不同尺寸的螺旋和两种粮食的干燥均匀性进行了对比试验,选出了较好的结构参数,为搅拌器的设计和应用提供了理论依据。

主料：豆腐干、贡菜
辅料：香菇、白菜心
调料：盐、鸡精、醋、香油、酱油、芝麻酱、白糖
烹制方法：
1、将贡菜切成寸段，香菇切条，豆腐干切条，坐锅点火倒入水，加少许盐，水开后将贡菜、香菇、豆腐干一起放入水中煮一分钟，捞出过凉，加入鸡精、醋、盐、姜蒜末、香油搅拌均匀即可；
2、将白菜心洗净切成细丝，取一小碗，放入酱油、芝麻酱、白糖、盐、清水、蒜末拌匀浇在白菜上即成芝麻酱拌白菜心。
特点：脆嫩爽滑，清爽可口。
