在目前黄河水资源贫乏,用水供需矛盾突出的影响下,龙羊峡长期处于低水头运行状态,同时由于上游来水量的减少,影响了中下游的正常生活、生产用水,为了解决下游生活和灌溉用水等问题,有关部门多次组织从上游向下游实施紧急调水,而龙羊峡电站自身也存在着不能合理运行调度的问题,正因为这三方面问题的影响导致龙羊峡发电量损失严重,同时对黄河梯级电站运行调度、黄河水资源管理以及西北电网的安全运行产生了严重影响。

龙羊峡水电站 中国大型坝式水电站。建于青海省龙羊峡,是黄河干流梯级开发最上游的水电站。以发电为主,兼有灌溉、防洪、供水等效益。控制流域面积13.142万平方千米。平均年径流量205亿立方米。基岩为花岗闪长岩,地质条件复杂。混凝土重力拱坝最大坝高178米,坝顶长396米。总库容247亿立方米,是中国已建的最大水库。坝后式发电厂房装机容量为128万千瓦。设计年发电量59.8亿千瓦·时。泄洪设施有右岸溢洪道以及坝身表孔、中孔、深孔和底孔。工程于1976年开工,1989年全部投产发电。 |
