| 甘温除热法 中医补法之一。用味甘性温的药物治疗气虚发热或血虚发热的方法。发热的原因很多，一般多采用具有清热作用的寒凉药物治疗，但气虚或血虚发热，应以益气养血为主，不可妄用苦寒药物，以免耗伤人体的阳气。常用人参、黄芪、炙甘草、当归等益气养血的药物组成方剂，代表方剂有补中益气汤、当归补血汤等。气虚发热，由中气不足，阴火内生所致。宜补中益气，甘温除热，常用补中益气汤治疗。血虚发热，为阴血不足，阴不敛阳所致，宜益气养血，甘温除热，常用当归补血汤治疗。临床上若病属实热，或阴虚发热，不宜用甘温除热法。 |
