In order to utilize the electrolytic layer for the solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) deposited by atmospheric plasma spraying, a densification process with metallic inorganic salt solution to plasma sprayed YSZ electrolytic layer was conducted to aim at improving the gas permeability of the electrolytic layer.
