性质:又称圆管式膜组件。在圆管状支撑体的内侧或外侧刮制上半透膜而得到的管形膜分离单元设备。支撑体一般为多孔不锈钢管或耐压的微孔塑料管。管式组件有多种形式,按联接方式可分为单管式和管束式,按作用方式可分为内压式和外压式。管束式由许多单管联接而成。内压式组件分离膜被刮制在支撑管的内表面,外压式的分离膜被刮制在管的外表面。另一种管式组件是槽条式组件,在直径3mm的圆柱形支撑体上刻有3~4条槽沟,槽沟表面覆盖涤纶编织层,其上涂铸分离膜。
