It introduces that the semi-rigid basis has the merits of low cost and high strengthen,researches the function of rubber asphalt, the effect of water proof,the diameter of detritus,and points out that it can proof the water and the reflecting crack of making the semi-rigid basis as rubber asphalt detritus under-sealed layer(SAMI),it is a kind of more economical function layer.
