suxing Jiagong moea moni shiyan塑性加工靡擦模拟试验(tribologieal simula-tion test in metalforrning)用仿真手段研究塑性变形条件下的摩擦和润滑机制以及测定相应的摩擦系数的试验。模拟试验必须具备的条件是,在摩擦试样上能产生所要求的塑性变形量,试样能相对于工具表面滑动并能测定试样的接触压力或切向力。接触压力、滑动速度和润滑剂的温度调节能符合实际塑性加工羡件。模拟试验有3种类型:(l)模拟塑性加工实际过星的试验,如锥形锤头徽粗法、圆环或圆柱压缩法、平可拉拔试验和钳形法轧制试验等。这类方法能较好地本现塑性加工的真实过程,直接或间接地测出接触表可的正压力和切向摩擦阻力。但考虑到不同的压力加二方式,尽管都产生塑性变形,由于润滑剂进入变形区匀条件不同,其变形条件和摩擦条件也不同。因此要选单类似实际加工方法的摩擦模拟试验。(2)部分模拟塑生加工过程的试验,如压缩旋转式、压缩滑动式以及圆盆滑块式等。这类方法中试样能产生一定程度的塑性变形,但变形程度和变形条件与真实过程仍有较大差别。(3)台架试验,即基础性的摩擦试验,如钢球一钢球版接触的四球试验、钢环一钢块线接触的梯姆肾(Timken)试验、钢轴一钢片线接触的法勒克断(F alex)试验、钢环一钢环线接触的阿姆斯勒(Amsler)试验、钢球一钢板点接触的鲍顿(Botan)试验等。台架试验方法是在不产生塑性变形条件下研究润滑剂的承载能力、烧结负荷及综合磨损值等。 (李小玉)
