In order to facilitate the fabrication of noninvolute beveloid gears with the existing machine tools, a new way has been developed using the space engagement theory to calculate the profile errors and axial errors,and the axial error and profile error of noninvolute beveloid gears in mesh with line contact in particular.

In this paper,the formula for calculating the deformation of tooth meshing point is derived by simplifying the beveloid gear tooth as a beam with variable sections along radial and axial directions For the first time,the meshing synthetic rigidity of beveloid gear could be calculated through a mathematic model.
