本文采用逐点分析计算法,对韶山_8型机车大功率齿轮联轴器的修形、齿面接触点轨迹及受力情况进行了分析,明确了各工况下轮齿的静力状态及齿面间隙量分布,可以确定修形方式及齿厚减薄量的合理性及干涉等问题,为机车用齿轮联轴器的设计工作提供了理论计算依据。
