合资项目固定资产折旧固定资产折旧是指固定资产在使用过程中发生损耗而转移到产品价值当中，由产品销售收入补偿的那部分价值。合资企业的固定资产在其有效使用的年限内，因损耗原价值逐渐减少，因此应按年度或产量转移到企业产品成本中的固定资产原值减少的部分。合资企业固定资产的折旧，一般采用直线法，残值按固定资产原值的10％计取。合资项目固定资产折旧是合资企业回收固定资产投资的一种手段。
