electrolytic lesion

电解损伤(eleetrolytie lesion)一种人为地用直流电损伤神经细胞的技术。一般将微电极插入所要损伤的细胞,连接电源的阳极,而阴极接到动物的背部皮下或直肠内般的情况F能完全破坏神经细胞体,而对有髓鞘的神经纤维囊损伤较轻。损伤范围的大小取决于电流强度、通电时间、电极尖端的直径、未绝缘部分的大小、电极的全层类型、电流极性以及被损伤的组织的性质等。 (吴庆麟撰杨立能审)
