electric injury
俗称"触电","电击性损伤",是由于人体接触电源,使一定量的电流通过人体,造成机体损伤和功能障碍。可由误触、漏电或闪电雷击引起。触电的多少这要取决于人体的皮肤电阻(R)与电源电压(E)。(电流强度=E/R)如果电压不变,皮肤电阻越低,此时通过人体的电流则越大;如果电阻不变,电源的电压越高,通过人体的电流也就越多,而电流越强,危害就越大。电对人体的损害为电灼伤,局部有深度灼伤。严重者损害深部组织,内脏器官,使组织破坏、焦化和炭化。其临床表现为轻者有头晕、心悸、四肢软弱、全身无力;重者立即昏迷,强直性收缩、紫绀、休克、心跳呼吸停止(称*假死状态);严重者死亡。
