茶树品种比较试验(eomparative test ofvarieties of tea Plant)简称品比试验。采用从品系鉴定困或选种圃选出的优良品系,或从外地引入的有希望的优良品种,在相对一致的条件下进行比较试验的方法。其主要任务是:在较大的小区面积上,进一步鉴定新入选品系或引入品种的产量、品质及其他主要经济性状,以便选育出优于当地主要推广品种或主要栽培品种的良种,供生产上推广应用。茶树品比试验的小区面积一般约为20一60平方米。种植规格:行距1.5米,株距0.3米,行长7一10米,单株种植,每小区2一4行。
