用机械搅拌刮面装置(转子)搅动设备中的液体,刮除和更新传热表面上的液体边界层(液膜)以强化传热的换热器。图为刮面式换热器的典型结构,它由壳体和转子组成。壳体由内筒和外筒构成。内筒是传热筒,筒内通过被处理物料(A流体);外筒为夹套,套内通过换热介质(B流体)。转子在工作时转动。转子的外缘有刮片,起搅动和刮膜作用。转子的转速一般为100~800转/分,依物料的粘度和设备直径的大小而异。粘度高、直径大,则转速宜小,也有低至10~20转/分的。刮面式换热器的主要特点是具有搅动和刮膜作用,物料不易在传热壁面上结垢,因此它适用于高粘度的或含有固相颗粒的料浆和其他易结垢的流体的换热。这种换热器不仅可作为一般的换热器用以加热或冷却,而且可作为伴有热过程的反应器或溶解器使用。
