什么是a-level？
a-level的全程是advanced level,它是英国的普通中等教育证书考试高级水平课程，通常被称为英国的金牌教育方式（british golden education system）,英国学生一般在16岁或稍大一些开始学习这种课程，圆满修完这种课程即可进入大学就读。这种课程相当于我国中学最后两年的课程。（你可以将它理解为我国高中的高三以及高四两年的课程）
大部分英国学生都是用两年的时间修完这种课程，但能力很强的学生有时也可在更短的时间内修完。这种课程要求学生学习三门或四门主科课程并参加毕业考试，考试合格者即可进入大学就读。学生的考试成绩及其所选修的a-level课程在很大程度上决定着能否进入理想的大学和学习所选择的学位课程。

基本上没有一家 college 可以 offer全部的课程（至少我到现在没听过也没见过），最多让你到考试的时候去考，然后复习阿什么的要自己弄。。 自学。。
所以选college的时候要看清楚他们提供什么课程给你学，还有要想好你自己要学什么。
