fod旧nj一huhuon yonggong发电机护环用钢(steel for generator retainingring)护环通常用热套方法套装在发电机转子两端,以压紧导线防止向外飞脱,也称为套箍。护环为锻件,所用钢要求有高的强度,良好的塑性和最小的残余应力,并应具有低的导磁率,以防止端部因漏磁造成损耗与运转中产生涡流.故护环用钢应选用高强度奥氏体钢.为提高奥氏体钢的强度,护环锻件以固溶处理后进行半热变形或冷加工强化和沉淀强化等工艺。成形后锻件需经消除应力退火,以减少残余应力. 护环常用的钢种有MnCr、MnCrN、MnNi、MnCrNi、MnCrWN等系列。如功率在50 MW以下的发电机护环用40Mn18Cr3,50 MW以上用50Mn18Cr4、soMn18Cr4N及soMn18Cr4WN等。中国在大容量机组中使用较多的护环钢是SOMnl8Cr4WN,该钢在强度、塑性韧性及导磁率等性能上均能满足要求,但长期使用中易产生应力腐蚀而导致护环破坏甚至飞裂。为防止护环在使用中产生的应力腐蚀,使用了具有抗应力腐蚀能力的发电机护环钢18Mn一18Cr一0. SN,用于新机上或在旧机上替代原有的soMn18Cr4N及soMnl8Cr4WN等护环。实际运行证明,18Cr一18Mn一0.SN钢具有良好的在发电机运行环境中抗应力腐蚀的能力,强度也高。其缺点是在150℃以上时强度下降很快,在热亚抓酸溶液中仍有腐蚀现象。
