Based on the characteristic of industry of Offshore Drilling Platform, this paper studies the the nesting problem and incising problem of the two-dimensional irregular parts, builds a system frame for the automatic nesting and numerical control programming ,and does a deep research about the nesting problem of the two-dimensional irregular parts, finishes the part of automatic nesting.
本文在总结前人关于排料问题的研究成果的基础上,根据海洋钻井平台工程的行业特点,对二维不规则零件的排料问题和切割问题展开研究,搭建了相应的自动排料及数控编程系统框架,并对排料问题深入研究,开发了系统的自动排料部分。

一种海上钻井装置。上部为工作甲板，下部为两个下船体，用支撑立柱连接。工作时下船体潜入水中，甲板处于水上安全高度，水线面积小、波浪影响小、稳定性好、自持力强、工作水深大。半潜式平台用锚和钢丝绳定位，工作水深为180m左右；用锚和链结合定位，工作水深可提高到450m。新发展的动力定位技术用于半潜式平台后,工作水深可达900～1200m,定位精度在1～2％水深的半径范围内。半潜式与自升式钻井平台相比，优点是工作水深大，移动灵活；缺点是投资大，维持费用高，要有一套复杂的水下器具，有效使用率低于自升式。
