对焦时，打开镜头的光圈，拍摄时大多缩小光圈，由于更改了光圈，使对焦的位置有了变化。普通摄影时，不发生实际应用的问题，而对于使用伸缩皮腔的放大摄影的情形，使用f：1.4等大口径镜头,缩小到f：22下拍摄时，宜检查有无焦点移动为好。此外，使用变焦镜头，对好焦点后，拍摄中变焦差大时，亦应检查一番为好。
