结合江西婺源晓起电站,分析了倾斜式水力自控翻板闸门的运动特性,通过测试脉动压力研究了门体全开时的运行稳定性,并对平底坎和斜底坎2种布置方案门体全开时的运行稳定性进行了对比研究。

翻板闸门
tilting gate
fanban zhamen翻板闸门(tilting gate)一平板门叶绕中部水平铰轴转动而启闭水道孔口的闸门。门叶支承在支墩的铰座上,由于水压力、门重和铰轴位置之间的相互关系,可借助水力自动操作。常用在山区河道的小型水利工程上,以适应山区管理条件较差和河水暴涨暴落的特点。旧式的翻板闸门采用固定式单铰,其缺点是,开门时门叶猛烈撞击支墩,泄水时门叶拍打振动,关门不够灵活,不能满足运行要求等。曾进行过加装缓冲器等改善措施,但效果不够理想。中国湖南省首先使用了多铰翻板闸门,并对上述缺点有所改善,但仍有待于进一步完善。(夏念凌)
