性质:指油品在规定条件下进行乳化和分离时,分出油品所需的时间(以秒表示)。用以表示蒸汽乳化试验中,油品(特别是透平油)从乳状液中分离出来的能力。时间越短,抗乳化性能越好。如果油品中含有硫化物、氯化物或乙醇等时,就会妨碍油与水的分离,并增大油品的抗乳化值。
