Methods:30Cases of the patients who were diagnosed adenoid hypertrophy in Ⅰ-Ⅲ degree,operated with adenoidectomy by T&A blade of XPS dynamic system,Result all of the 30 cases were effectual after operation,nobody was relapsed in one year’s follow-up period.
