性质:系由高密度聚乙烯与尼龙系列材料组成的共混物,以高密度聚乙烯为主,为连续相,既保持了其综合的物理机械性能,又大大改善其阻隔性能,特别是对卤代烃、芳烃、脂族烃及含氧溶剂及氧气、水蒸气等。当通过适当工艺使尼龙在聚乙烯基体中呈层状分布时,阻隔性更佳,以杜邦特殊改性的尼龙母料Selar RB215为例,85%高密度聚乙烯与15%Selar RB 215共混制得的薄膜,其对二甲苯60℃下的透过性由高密度聚乙烯的350g/(24h·100in2)降至0.5g/(24h·100in2),对氧气23℃透过性由150cm3/(24h·100in2·atm)降至12.5cm3/(24h·100in2·atm)。该共混物可加含羧酸或酸酐基团的聚乙烯作增容剂进行反应共混制备,用于汽车油箱及其他包装容器。
