是周围神经第二度损伤(sunderland)。其损伤程度仅限于神经纤维内的轴突中断，因而此神经纤维的远端发生华氏变性，其神经内膜亦保持完整。早期此神经纤维支配的终末器官丧失功能。但很快即能出现轴突再生，从近端长进远端去，可以完全恢复功能。
