| 《肘后备急方》 中医治疗学专著。8卷，70篇。东晋葛洪著。原名《肘后救卒方》，简称《肘后方》。系作者将其原著《玉函方》（共100卷），摘录其中可供急救医疗、实用有效的单验方及简要灸法汇编而成。经梁代陶弘景增补录方101首，改名《补阙肘后百一方》。此后又经金代杨用道摘取《证类本草》中的单方作为附方，名《附广肘后方》，即现存《肘后备急方》，简称《肘后方》。该书主要记述各种急性病症或某些慢性病急性发作的治疗方药、针灸、外治等法，并略记个别病的病因、症状等。书中对天花、恙虫病、脚气病以及恙螨等的描述都属于首创，尤其是倡用狂犬脑组织治疗狂犬病，被认为是中国免疫思想的萌芽。该书今有明、清版本10余种。1949年后有影印本和排印本。 |
