性质:  用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯模塑料经熔融挤塑制得的板材。模塑料通常是有较好流动性的、由甲基丙烯酸甲酯和少量丙烯酸酯(甲酯、乙酯)制得的共聚物。可分为挤塑平板、压花板、中空板、波纹板和共挤塑复合板。挤塑平板的主要性能和普通浇铸板相仿。复合板有PMMA/ABS等不同面层,耐溶剂、耐冲击、耐热。中空板是双层挤塑平板间带筋构成空间的异形板材,透光率可达83%,具有保温隔热特性。波纹板透光率可高达93%。模塑料熔融体经减压排气的机筒进入220~230℃的单螺杆挤塑机和230~240℃扁机模头挤出、压延、冷却、抛光、牵伸切割制成。可自动化连续作业,生产效率高,且板材长度不受限制。主要用途有广告标牌、灯具、装潢装饰、窗用和安全玻璃、家用器具、文体用品和农用温室材料等,应用十分广泛。
