研究结果显示: 1、塔里木河三源流区的径流流量总体呈现增加的趋势,期间有波动过程,在过去50年里,塔里木河三源流径流量总体呈现增加的趋势,尤其体现在90年代以后,丰水年出现次数较多;利用Kendall秩次相关和Hurst指数分别分析了三条源流径流量的趋势性和持续性特征,阿克苏河的径流量有显著的增加趋势,并且其增长的持续性较强;和田河的径流量有微递减的趋势,但趋势并不显著,在未来的变化中,其随机性较强;叶尔羌河的径流量虽表现出增加的趋势,但趋势也不显著,其径流量在未来的变化中将会是反持续性与随机性共存。

三里河乡环绕县城四周，乡政府位于三里店，距县城1.5公里，总面积144平方公里，辖16个行政村，256个自然村，总人口46661人。京广铁路、107 国道贯穿全境，确泌、确正、确汝与107国道在我乡境内交织成网。地势西南为山区，东北为平原，山区占30%，境内较大的秀山海拔356米，系伏牛山脉，平原70%。境内的三里河西东流向，过境长7.5公里。山区矿产资源丰富，有大理石、石灰石、石英石等。石灰石作石灰和水泥原料现已开采，已销往全国各地。优越的地理位置、便利的交通条件、丰富的自然资源使三里河乡闻名遐迩。
