Combined with the actual screening circumstance of the torpedo s electronics product in our country, and by analyzing whether the screening parameters of thermal cycle were chosen appropriately, a project of thermal cycle screening was putted forward for reference, and it may be more efficient, economical and feasible.

By analyzing temperature data from several thermal cycles, a method to choose appropriate screening parameters according to field conditions of lab was proposed.

The method of choosing data by free net adjustment makes adjustment accuracy improved greatly,so it is an addition to the method of data screening by traditional classical adjustment.

The traffic sensor data screening of intelligent transportation system(ITS) was discussed and the data flow exchange between data screening unit and other system of Traffic Information Center(TIC) was described.
