耳镟疮
耳镟疮 病名。镟,即旋。耳镟疮,系指耳后缝间生疮。亦有谓之为月蚀疮。《外科大成》卷三:“耳镟者,生耳后缝间,延及上下,如刀裂之状,随月之盈虚,故名月蚀疮。”常见于小儿,多由胎毒未净,湿热炎上所致。治宜解毒清热。可选用黄连温胆汤等加减。外用胡粉散。可与耳疮或旋耳疮条互参。
