耳镟疮 病名。镟，即旋。耳镟疮，系指耳后缝间生疮。亦有谓之为月蚀疮。《外科大成》卷三：“耳镟者，生耳后缝间，延及上下，如刀裂之状，随月之盈虚，故名月蚀疮。”常见于小儿，多由胎毒未净，湿热炎上所致。治宜解毒清热。可选用黄连温胆汤等加减。外用胡粉散。可与耳疮或旋耳疮条互参。
