性质:炼油工业较早应用的工艺之一。其工艺流程简单,原料易得,产品汽油的辛烷值高。按原料组成和目的产品的不同,叠合工艺可分两类。(1)非选择性叠合,用未经分离的C3、C4液化气作原料,目的是生产高辛烷值的叠合汽油。(2)选择性叠合,用组成比较单一的丙烯或丁烯馏分作原料,生产某种特定的产品,如丙烯选择性叠合生产四聚丙烯作洗涤剂或增塑剂;异丁烯选择性叠合生产高辛烷值汽油等。
