Developers and Owners should know some knowledge related to business of energy-saving buildings and do a good job for sale or lease of energy-saving buildings on the basis of energy efficiency label.

Senior indexes which are energy efficiency label indexes include building energy consumption index,indoor environment index and renewable energy sources index.

Now, energy efficiency label is one of the most important mandatory energy saving management methods in China and applies to air conditions, refrigerators, washing machines and unitary air conditions.

In this paper,based on the analysis of current energy conservation and management situations of residential buildings,the operational mechanisms those suitable for national conditions were designed,and the energy consumption assessment and energy efficiency labeling systems were put forward.

The paper presents the meaning and purpose of building energy-efficiency labeling,and presents the content and meaning of building energy-efficiency evaluation,points out some questions to be settled currently,The paper can be use as references for work on building energy-efficiency evaluation.

This paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of the standard and marking system of energy effect,uses the external experience for reference,and,in combination with the reality of our country,puts forward the countermeasures.
