Based on SAPV—95, the safety function M and the method to get the reliability index β which can be used to weighs safety grades of pressure pipes with planar disfigurements under steady load are proposed in this paper.
以 Lr为广义强度 ,以 Kr为广义应力 ,参照 SAPV— 95规范得出了功能函数 M,据此对静载下含平面缺陷的压力管道进行了可靠性分析 ;提出了计算其可靠性指标的快速收敛的迭代算法 ,并分析了可靠性指标与 Lr 和 Kr的均值及变异系数的关系 ,得出了可靠性指标能定量衡量静载下含平面缺陷的压力管道的安全状况的结论。
