A new moving-coil tubular linear motor with axial magnetized permanent magnets used for electro-hydraulic proportional valves is proposed in this paper.

With the optimized process,the various kinds of the issues found during the production have been well solved so that the rate of finished products of the tube mold has been greatly improved,meanwhile the reliable reference basis for the forming of the long tube type forging has been provided as well.
