At first,through analyzing the design parameters of mixing drum,bring up the spiral curve equation of the mixing blades,simulate the point into line and build up spiral blade through ANSYS software,and then,through mapped meshing,getting mass uniform distribution and regular grids,consequently improve the accuracy and velocity of calculation.
首先,通过分析搅拌罐的设计参数,提出搅拌叶片的螺旋线方程,并根据该方程通过ANSYS软件绘制成曲线,生成螺旋叶片图形;然后,通过映射网格划分,得到质量均匀、形状规则的网格,提高计算精度和速度,避免了将Proe/E或UG线框模型以IG-ES文件的形式导入ANSYS产生丢线等现象,为今后搅拌叶片的有限元分析奠定了基础。
