[一、真如],真如者,乃真实无妄之理,即法性土之体也。此清净法身所依之土,以由法身无相,土亦如是,身土虽分,体原不二,故真如为体也。
[二、真智],真智者,乃根本无分别智,即实报土之体也。此是如来圆满报身所依之土,以由实智功圆,万德成就,体无分别,境智一如,故以真智为体也。(根本无分别智者,如来惑业净尽,亲证本有圆明之智,此智照了万法,不待分别也。)
[三、本识],本识者,乃根本清净识心,即色相土之体也。此是如来微尘相海身所依之土,以由福慧无边,相好具足,庄严悉备,性相如如,故以本识为体也。
[四、四尘],四尘者,色、香、味、触也。此之四尘,乃后得智所现之色相,即他受用土之体也。此是如来他受用身所依之土,以由利他行满,随诸菩萨所宜变化,而现种种上妙色相诸尘境界,故以四尘为体也。(后得智者,即根本智后所得之智也。他受用者,因他机感见而受用也。)
[五、诸事],诸事者,乃成事智,即变化土之体也。此是如来化身所依之土,以由往昔修习利他因缘,故能随诸有情心之所宜,而现种种净秽国土,令其成办众事,故以诸事为体也。
