The technological ways and process of grassland monitoring with the "3S" technology combined ground surveys was intensitively analyzed in this paper based on a example in the grassland of Huangnan and Hainan in Qinghai Province.

In order to achieve real-time, reliability and visibility of prairie ecological remote monitoring system, this article has studied the prairie ecological monitoring system which based on GPRS, uses the mature GPRS technology to convenient realize the wireless transmission of remote data.

In this paper, the engineering sea ice concept was proposed, the relation between engineering sea ice and offshore engineering was described, and the research contents of the in-situ monitoring and study on environment of engineering sea ice were presented.
