In this paper,we consider the common DD(double difference) model and introduce the double k type ridge estimator which is proposed by studying the character of multicollinearities in the normal equations matrix at first.

双岭村，因为背倚梅岭和八头岭，所以得名为双岭。我村距南昌市区仅9公里，全村有5个自然村，760户3150多人。现有耕地面积1760余亩，山地面积11631亩，全村现花木种植面积5000余亩年产值1000多万元，年销售额800多万元，人均纯收入5000余元，其中80%的收入来源于花卉苗木的生产与销售。双岭村年收入超10万元的种植专业户和销售大户有30余户，二级公司3家，三级公司6家。
从上世纪80年代开始，花卉苗木逐渐发展成了我村村民的主体导产业，村民们几乎把自己所有的耕地都种上了花木，双岭村也成了江西省远近闻名的花木专业村，村民们也靠种植花木富裕起来。
双岭村依山傍水，山清水秀，景色优美，风光宜人。田间绿树成行，地头花团锦簇，家家用上了电话、手机、有线电视，展现的是一幅安全、和谐、富裕的社会主义新农村风貌。现我村为全省新农村改造示范点，中央电视台东方时空栏目今年曾对我村和村书记黄传柏进行过连续报道。
