| 树葬 tree burial 葬式之一。又称风葬。通常是将死者遗体置于树干顶端使之风化。曾流行于印度的安达曼群岛、澳大利亚、北美、北亚及中国东北和西南的某些民族中。树葬具体葬法在各地有所不同。有的在树杈上以树枝架成鸟巢状或在几个树杈上搭放横木将死者陈放其上；有的在树上建窝棚状小屋，将死者置其内；有的将死者悬挂或捆于树上有的将尸体放入大树的空洞内；在日本山形县有将盛骨灰的器具挂于树上的习俗；南美太岛则有将巫女遗体装棺后悬于树上的习俗；中国东北地区的赫哲族行猎而死后，就地取树干制成圆木棺，在4棵位置成方形的大树树杈上架以横木，上铺树枝，将死者木棺置其上鄂伦春族过去将死者棺材置于离地面2米高的树桩上。
