积热三消   证名。因多食膏粱厚味,积湿成热所致的三消证。热熏于肺为上消,证见烦渴引饮,治宜清肺养阴,用清肺饮。热积于胃为中消,证见烦热多食,食下则饥,口臭,治宜清胃养阴,用清胃汤加干葛。热流于下为下消,证见小便频数,如膏如油,足心常热。热在膀胱者,治宜清热祛湿,选用八正散、龙胆泻肝汤;热在肾者,滋阴泻火,用知柏八味丸、文蛤散。参见消渴条。
