性质:可将实验上给出衍射峰(或粉晶衍射弧线)已有明显增宽、弥散的颗粒线度尺寸在(100~2000)×10-10m范围的晶体称作微晶,这是由晶体向无定形体过渡的一种存在形态。如炭黑即是一种由数以千或万计的晶胞并置而成的微晶,在摄取的炭黑粉晶衍射图中001型的002衍射峰特别弥散,而100与110衍射则较明锐,这表明c轴方向的周期比a和b轴方向的周期重复数要小得多,微晶是一种亚稳态,它转化为晶态时会释放出一定的晶化热。
