In order to provide a basis for the application of the potato starch super absorbent resin(PSSAR) in agriculture,the influence of the PSSAR on lipid peroxidation and antioxidants of maize(Zea mays) seedlings is studied.
结果表明玉米种子经PSSAR包衣后,提高了种子的萌发率、幼苗自由基清除相关酶的活性及自由基清除剂的含量,有效减轻了玉米幼苗的膜脂过氧化作用;但不同包衣比组分差异较大,以1∶60包衣比效果最好;因此甘薯淀粉高吸水树脂(PSSAR)能有效缓解植物干旱胁迫,是一种优良的抗旱性包衣剂,其与玉米种子合适的包衣比为1∶60。
